there are four types of players
skilled players with drive
skilled players without drive
unskilled players with drive
unskilled players without drive
examples:
Hucks
Francis
Holt
Llewellyn
Personally, i prefer the Holts and the Hughes of the world to the francises and the mulrynes. Cos then if you lose you know that at least every player gave 100%. And consistency is a lot more valuable than occasional flair - it helps you pick a team and it helps you have a good rapport between players.
