Steve's linky says to choose a korean or taiwanese proxy, so I clicked 'countries' on xroxy.com, and neither country is in the list.

Ang on a sec, I'll have another look. Inbetweentimes I've had a shufty at the second link, and that's just incomprehensible to me....
