think that this is a time for squad strengthening, not squad improvement

worthy spent big last year cos it was the prem and he seems to be keeping or replacing last years players pretty well. I don't expect him to improve performance in many positions, except for maybe RM. This is the fizzy - with the team we had last year we should walk it.
