I am behind Grant and think he should be given at least a full season to see what he can do.

There was a lot of optimism pre-season despite losing saf and dickson, due to the good signing he made.

I mean if brellier settles and plays like youtube suggests(!) we'll have a great midfielder. Russell looks good and otsemobor looks like our best RB since Eddy left.

The guy is passionate and a disciplinarian which is exactly what we need

My only concern with Grant is how he risks players. Countless times he has said its his fault that someone ius out because he risked them - or like last night with Doc, should have come off at h/t. He has payed hucks when not fit and some selections have led to us being without players for a number of weeks

This aside, i think he is the right man - for now at least. Lets all get behind him.

With the introduction of Spillane (without a doubt) and possibly Rossi as well. We can get this season rolling

Lets get some ducking atmosphere back at CR too and help in his ambition to mkae it a fortress!
