So they stand a greater chance of getting their cash back if the club goes bust.
I have an issue with this because I think if you are going to act the generous benefactor you should do it by way of gift or as you say buy shares.
Before anybody says I do accept it is generous to loan £2m interest free, but the problem with loans is they need to eventually be paid back....
