There was a net profit from transfers of 3.3 million which offsets the 'debt' most of which is mortgage style against assets.
Maybe Delia and Doomcaster aren't the financial wizards Charles21 and others make them out to be.
I just wonder what the annual accounts will reveal about interest rates on loans. Coopers was a staggering 10% PA interest when the country was getting less than 4%.
