Then they will be able to pick up Delia's majority interest relatively cheap, and THEN they might loosen the purse strings. It wouldn't be a bad tactic from their point of view (looking at it commercially rather than as a fan, of course).

If that IS what they're up to, things will have to get an awful lot worse before we see any real Turner cash (and no I don't regard saving us the interest on £2m as "real" money)
