Don't agree here though

I still rate him very highly. Did fantastically at Carlisle (when he took over there, they were dead and buried and had been in a death spiral for years), and was on a hiding to nothing at Preston. They'd overachieved for several years under Davies, but lost key players after he left, and really, a rebuilding exercise is due. I back him to get it right there if the board stay patient with him - and if they didn't, I'd be perfectly happy if Norwich gave him another chance.
