He Is Not & Was Not Captain Material

Very odd appointment. Problem is, you look around the side and wonder just who could be Captain, just who can roll up their sleeves (rather than hide behind them) & lead the side.

We used to have a team full of leaders-Iwan, Malky, Holt, Flem- now its hard to find one. And it shows.
