yeah you keeps saying that buddy, but it's the same answer...
a new manager...... a club has to be in a position to attract a top manager. Before grants appointment i'm sure it was common knowledge in the echelons of football management that the position was going to come up, as in all busines's. The fact we appointed a manager with no proven experience tells me that it was not really an attractive option.
