What though?

As others have pointed out, new players, new manager, new coaches but same attitude and performance. The only consistants are the board and the fans, now there may well be problems with the board but I doubt they have THAT much influence on how the team performs. Of course they influence who is signed, but we all know that those players and that manager CAN do better than this.
