I actually don't understand what the problem is

We were as bad as this a couple of years ago under Worthington. He changed most of the team and freshened up the coaching and it made no difference. Grant has come in and changed the coaches annearly all the team. And it has still made no difference. Just what the f**k IS the problem at Colney?
