Laying it on the line, my first "hmmmm" moment was him making Shackell captain.
There's been a fair few since with the public comments.

For me though, the manner these 2 guys were dismissed today speaks volumes.

It does sadly seem that there is big problems there.
I've never been a knee jerk "sack the manager" guy, but i am pretty worried at the minute.
