Just back from Moulineux
Awful is about the only word for it. Team appeared to have no organisation, the defending for the second goal was comical as donkerty and shackell ran in opposite directions and then the ginge threw himself on the floor, while Marshall watched the ball trickle past him and in off the post.
I don't think any city players came out of that with any credit. The fullbacks were clearly told not to push forward, even when 2-0 down. Lappin seemed scared to make a run down the flank in the second half when the opportunity was calling out for it, and he was supposed to be left wing at the time.
I don't think we strung 4 passes together more than once, and only had one shot, from Chris Martin which went out for a throw. The team didn't appear motivated at all, compared to the Wolves players who were chasing down every ball.
Both sending off's were fully justified. Breiller had been one of our better players uptill that point, although he was giving a lot of fouls away.
The only positive was that if it was against a decent side we would have got stuffed, as it was Wolves fans should be disappointed they didn't get a hatful.
