this is Grant's team now, their his players.
There is no excuse for lacks of discipline, passion, cohesion or movement. And that goes for the manager as well as the team. Its stand up and be counted time.
Strip shackell of the armband so he has to earn it back.
This is the first time i havent been fully behind Grant, those sneaking feelings that he is out of his depth and all talk no talent are now painfully appropriate.
