Grant v Worthington

Pluses.
Strategic planning. Much better performance in transfer market. Also giving youth experience via loans.
More interesting - you may not agree with post match comments but god Worthington was dull.

Minuses.
Tactics. Some dodgy selections, but no worse then Worthington e.g. similar persistence with Doc. Marginally more prepared to play youth.
Man management sometimes a bit questionable.

Overall I reckon Grant is an improvement.

He should be given 'till the end of the season at least.
