Grant is competely out of his depth

He may be a good coach. He may be a decent manager one day. But at the moment he is ridiculously out of his depth. Some of his tactical decisions have been SHOCKING. Who can honestly say that 1 year on from the Plymouth defeat we are a better team now than then?

Grant talked his way into the job, being interviewed by a board who are passionate and enthusiastic, but know NOTHING about Football. He can talk the talk. He can't walk the walk.

Embarrassing.
