canariesworld matchlive commentary - techie help please!

great if someone can help - it's been bugging me for all matches so far. in the match live console thingey when I click on any team's live commentary option it pop up the small window but I can't hear anything. my volume settings are fine and i can watch the video news stuff with sound but nowt from live commentary. I'm using IE 6 and windows media 10. any thing I can try before battling with premiumtv techie support (java, plug ins, codecs?). I've also tried with Firefox and same problem.
