can we manage without a first team coach for the rest of this season?
leave it to grant and duffy, with a little bit of help from others, and then sign dion on as coach from next season?
the guy is going to make a decent manager one day, its clear from the way he talks and how people respect him, if we have him as coach while he gets a bit of experience and does all his badges etc i think it would be good for all parties, and then it gives us the option of appointing him manager in 3 years or so (internal appointment would be quicker and cheaper) if the chance arises?
