Other half has just spent weeks fighting them
they made a mistake on his contract (actually lots of mistakes) and then decided he owed them 60 odd quid when in fact they owed him about £17. They got debt collectors involved, he eventually got their executive office involved and finally all sorted. 3, like so many companies are fantastic until something goes wrong.
