Not sure he would be frustrated

He needed to build fitness levels and adapt to the type of football played here before he was allowed anywhere near the first team. All of this will have been explained to him.
Footballers are very well looked after - Norwich will be no different in that respect. I can remember young players arriving at the club and being boarded out with families to give them 'a taste of home'.
