Old Git's match report
It was far too warm. I am never happy without flask and blanket and neither were needed. Booo.
We are not very bad. Except Donk, who was lucky to get away with two sly rugby tackles. And except Brown, who just has the look of a man who knows that he is never, ever going to score again, not even with Stevie.
On the other hand, we are not very good. Some people have patches in which they look good, like Semi, and Hucks, and Dion (who looks good but in slow motion), and Curo. And the French Rabbit. And Dave Striker. Actually that's quite a long list. But we still didn't look very good as a team. I don't know why, but then that's why I'm not a football manager.
I hope that Dave Striker is now the first choice ahead of Sex Tape. And we once had a really promising young striker called Super Chrissy Martin - would be nice to see him again.
