Two points from yesterday

Chris Brown is clearly not good enough. Or maybe to put that a better way, he doesn't fit into the way we seem to be playing. In the home games this season I have lost count of the number of times his first touch has taken a good goalscoring chance away from him. His flick-ons seem to have no direction, his headers on goal are woeful and the only thing he seems to do quite well is hold the ball up, and he only seems to do this when we're trying a quick counter-attack. Personally I would go with Cureton and Martin up front (if we're playing Dublin in defence), I'm not convinced by Strihavka, but maybe when he gets to full match fitness we'll see how good he really is.

Also bookings for taking your shirt off or running into the crowd (unless they're blatant timewasting) are completely pointless. They seem to be aimed at taking the passion away from football. The sooner this rule is changed, the better.
