Erm I had a link a bit ago

only scanned it so dont take this as gospel until I find the link but I 'think' the exclusion zone has been set up due to one animal showing signs of the illness (not confirmed), cull planned. But like I said I scanned it so that info might actually apply to the farm in Surrey so I'll shut up and find the story!!!
