I thought they were already issueing biometric passports? The embassy (in Denmark) has some glossy downloadable PDF advert for the new biometric passports and how everything will be better for everyone once the government has passed samples of our bodily fluids and my financial details onto the Americans, but there's nothing on there about providing biometrics. New passport is still £114, which is f**king outrageous.
