May be WW2 but very depressed this morning

to hear that Hull are signing Jay Jay Okocha!!!

We are even being left behind by the likes of Hull. It seems to be that nearly every teajm in the division is dsiplaying more ambition than us. They are pushing the boat out and trying to gain promotion whilst we have to put up with this "prudence with ambition" cr*p and still have a worryingly thin squad. It appears to me that we have again made a PROFIT in the summer and have not even spent the Etuhu and Earnshaw money. i'm sure doncasetr will come out with some depressing reason why we "will not do a leeds" but frankly I don't want to hear it. I would rather take the gamble because at least even it it goes wrong we can say we had a go and it would be a lot more interesting than watching a load of sh*te mediocre hourneymen every saturday.

If the apprach does not change I really fear for us, particularly when Hucks retires next season. Its time for the board to ACTIVELY seek new investment and for Delia to stop coming out with the public quotes putting people off.
