Consistency is key at this level
I think our squad this season is Ok. I don't think we'll get relegated or anything like that- but I can't see the play offs.
We'll have our good and bad months, but our squad has slowly got weaker since leaving the Premiership and its harder every year, as you get the new sides (Charlton, Sheff Utd, Watford)
