To stop this season turning into a farce
1. Use the 2 week break to get everybody fit other than Fotheringham.
2. No more excuses about injuries. The management are responsible if the squad isn't big enough.
3. beat Palace. Given the almost inevitable defeats to follow at Charlton and Wolves that will leave us with 7 points from 7 games - relegation performance.
4. FFS get at least one if not two CBs so that we have some chance of keeping a clean sheet once in a while.
5. If we don't finish top 10 sack Grant and Duffy and get in a management team with experience of getting results on a small budget.
6. Pray that the board wake up and start to show some TRUE ambition above mere existence.
