outlawing religious discrimination
i have a sincere and honestly held belief that there is no god.
according to the bible, that means i get to spend eternity with the boy lucifer shoving red hot tridents up my arse.
all very pleasant - usually i have to pay for that kind of thing - but suppose i wasn't quite so into the pain and so on.
could i apply to have the bible - and presumably other holy books - banned along with any church service (synagogue, whatever) that implied that belief in the existence of god was somehow beneficial? after all, they are discriminating against me rather heavily (and let's not get into the whole recent "you're-not-catholic-so-no-you-can't-apply-for-the-job-of-pope" debacle...)
