hard to care about Boro

I quite like Southgate but it strikes me as somehow unfair that he gets a cushy Prem managers job (well-paid, millions to spend on players) having displayed no managerial expertise or aptitude whatsoever, while other (probably far better) managers struggle year-after-year with the tight budgets in the Football League, never likely to get a sniff at a prem manager's position (ooh-er). Can't help feeling he should pay his dues first.
