You know, I'm not entirely sure that this level of
paedophilia is entirely sexual. I think it also has to do with power, and other "issues". Cutting off his bollocks might make you feel better (especially if it's with a blunt knife and without anaesthetic) but there's no guarantee it will "cure" him.
