Wankers don't change interest rates on the same account, so when I think I'm getting 6.25% on an online saver it's only 4% - so you have to close the account and re-open it.

They didn't do f*ck all to stop me losing £2,000 through fraud. Did they not stop and think that, because I don't gamble online, that hundreds of £50 bets, 3 minutes apart on partypoker weren't me?

and finally, they've just removed the interest-free overdraft feature for all graduate accounts.
