The real problem is

with the managers rather than the players themselves but the problem is when a manager keeps picking a player when it is obvious to the crowd that he is not good enough there is only really one way for the crowd to get their message accross. Hughes, Holt, Doc - all decent blokes as far as I can see but all seemingly automatic picks when we can see they are not good enough. I never booed Hughes, I booed the fact that he was on the pitch again in the vain hope that the message might finally get to Worthington.

The same will happen with the Doc. To be honest i think we're pretty patient as fans go and only really start booing once we have been pushed to the end of our tether!
