Is Docherty really that bad...

I think not,

John Terry would struggle to impose himself in a team that doesn't defend from the front.
Centre Backs are the last line of defence and no matter how good a defender may be, if the ball is constantly coming back then eventually mistakes will happen. When Brellier is finally 100% match fit I am predicting a far more solid defence.

Stop the witch hunt, its not just the Doc its the whole team at the moment - This is a player that has several full international caps and numerous appearances in the Premiership, I refuse to lay the blame solely at his feet.

Get behind the players and stop slagging them off, they read the message boards and I'm sure that reading the likes of 'Docherty should just f**k-off now' etc. are working wonders for morale.

I'm sick of listening to it on the terraces too, people are just waiting for the opportunity to slag him off, any minute error is crucified, whereas I recall Safri, for example, couldn't put a foot wrong, or were his mistakes just convieniently overlooked?
