I cannot believe

in all honesty, some of the posters on here.

Ok so you think some of us are mischief-makers who will always find something to moan about and you post things like 'sigh' in response to what we write...

BUT without in any way being aggressive or angry or reactionary or stroppy I cannot help but ask some questions about the way things are being done at Carrow Road/Colney.

We keep sending out teams with a Doherty/Shackell central pairing in defence and we keep looking frail/weak/inept at the back.

There's no two ways about this, it's not me finding fault, it is FACT.

So why hasn't this been addressed? Grant has had nearly a year. I suspect it's because he knows nothing about defending. He was a loud-mouthed midfielder (whom nobody could probably understand) who played hundreds of games in a second rate league before finishing his career inauspiciously with Norwich and Bournemouth. Big deal.

Delia and co found him a cheap alternative when looking for a new manager and the result is zero improvement.

I am not an Ipswich fan. I am diehard Norwich but I'm fed up with crap and watching Ipswich, Colchester and even the likes of Plymouth do well while we stagnate.
