I think Grant has given him another year to prove himself...

he has given him support in front (brellier) and behind (marshall), which we all said was so severly lacking last year and under Worthington. So now he has to go out and (clichè alert) do the business on the park.

I think we need to give the team a few weeks to get to know each other before we see the full potential. Also Grant has the opportunity to make changes in Jan or give Spillane or Halliday a chance if things go totally tits up.

Doc is a scapegoat of the team right now, there is no way he would have played for Tottenham or regularly under 2 consecutive Norwich managers if he was so bad. I would take Grant's 'even' Worthington's judgement on a player than those on here.
