He had to get fit for west ham and didn't play for about 2 weeks after he signed from us. I'd say the follow on injuries he picked up are from the one he got here and it spiralled

The flipside of this is Earnshaw, we did play him in the fa cup, jeopardised his move to another club cup tieing him, and he got injured, mean we potentially lost out on the 5m+ clubs were reported going to pay
