Even if they are relegated, players will think they have more of a chance to get back up again with Derby than they will by joining a club like Norwich, especially with the enormous amount of money the relegated clubs now get as parachute payments.

Bet Earnie has said some good things about Drury but relax, although I wouldn't rule out his leaving us in January, especially if we are struggling, he won't go this month.
