In the Summer...well....

Hoardes of the buggers. All pile in at about 7pm though and order a bowl of mussels, "look at us, aren't we quaint?" and "...oh, oh, its called Sam-phur, the locals...eat it! You MUST try it!...", mind you, as they, children, and dogs are all packing the place by 7pm, they're usually out by 9:30pm so theres room to sit, eat, and drink in relative peace.
