I would have Richards in at CB for Ferdinand (esp after his display on Sun).
Beckham is having to take the ball off the defenders in the centre of midfield and Lampard going for glory anywhere near the goal. Not to mention the strikers

Joo Cool doesn't look half bad, even though he hasn't played much this season and Beckham is looking alright too. Shorey to looks like a good back up player.
