In the article about the cross-eyed bint wot was in Bourne Ultimatum for a nano-second:

Up to 100 ? So what happens to the 101st ? Do they get arrested ? Or is it just not possible ?

How many can Tom Cruise have ? Is this a ranking of how famous you are ? So I can have maximum 5, but David Beckham can have 5 million ? And can he have more, or less if he's with Posh at the time ?
