Clearly grounded over the line but...

all of the ball has to be over the line, giving about 10 cm leeway for a grounded ball - someone on canary call said there was clear grass between ball and line, but that is still possible without it being all over the line.

From where I sit in the back of the River Lower directly behind the goal, I thought it was in at first and wouldn't have complained if it was given, but I'm prepared to believe it was still partly in play, particularly as it enabled us beat the team all my family support.
