they probably are

but how many people go up there on sucha regular basis that this decision will have any REAL negagtive impact on their lives?
And if they do go that often why do they not have something better to do?

Seriously is this not a massive storm in a tea cup and a lot of people complaining over not being allowed to do something that they probably never do anyway?
