Agreed.

The team lacks confidence but everyone seems set on kicking the players when they're down even when they show improvement. Doc won Player of the Season once, he might rediscover that form this season. Fozzy has looked better as of late but everyone has put that down to lower opposition. Drury was once great for us, nobody seems to let him prove he can work hard again under Grant.

Without the support they'll struggle, because these aren't Thorne's and Jarrett's, they're decent, hardworking players who are capable.
