That is very true, but I still...

think Worthy is coming in for some unfair criticism, although he isn't totally blameless. I think we all thought that there was a fair bit for him to spend before any other money came in, but it looks like that wasn't the case. He probably thought, like the rest of us, that either Green or Francis (or both) would be off and the money that generated could have bought us the players we need. That has happened as yet, so his hands have been tied. He now has ?1m to try and get the 3 players we desperately need.
