Techie Help Please

From around 9.00am this morning, each time I click a message on wotb it turns red. Then when I refresh or hit top of Board all messages go back to green. The same sort of thing happens on the rivals site as well.

I've deleted all my temporary internet files (there were loads) and it I think that the cookie settings are the same.

Any ideas why this has started happening?
