Not signing Nicholls

Everyone said at the time it was a big failing by the club not to attract him and it seems that was proved today. He is certainly the outstanding midfielder outside the Prem.

Its also interesting that the bad atmosphere created outside of the club by Grants overly public 'Iron Fist' attitude is clearly turning players heads away from Carrow Road.

I fear Grant has pissed on his own (our) chips. Word is spreading that this aint no cool place to play..... It speaks volumes when the likes of Safri, Huckerby, Drury and Lappin have all had their run ins with the management

Another unsettled is not emerging, its arrived
