alot of people use it but anybody who knows anything avoid it like the plauge
No decent newsgroups ,I,m with BtYahoo currently no download limits but threatening to bring in soon ,your best bet is to ask in some of the forums that discuss these things (google it) but your probably be more confussed ,best bet is chose one that your happy to pay the price they want but don't get into a 12 month contract so if your not happy or they bring in a cap you can move on quickly
