A few comments on last night's game

First half was very boring. I think alot of the players were trying to protect themselves from getting an injury before the season starts. However, it was great to see Semi get in the opposition penalty area and whip a cross in. The highlight of my first half was a blonde chick sitting just in front of me. Her and her boyfriend seemed to be getting quite frisky to be fair...

Second half much better. She started tickling him on the ribs, just as Adam hit that belter of a goal. More to follow I hope. I thought Croft was very lively and was like a man possessed. I can't decide between Strihavka and Brown. Maybe they should have an arm wrestle to see who starts. Semi carried on running, which was nice. Le Juge went off, he looks tasty in a 75% fit kind of way. Oh and I like Lappin, he offers real balance and he seems to have a left foot. Russell was Russell.

The couple left five minutes earlier. Me and a few chav-types in front of me clapped them away, just as Lappin went off. I felt I had brought myself down to their level. Ashamed.

Looking forward to Saturday?...oh yes.
