Last season was great for him. The odds on him reproducing with the whole of his career in mind, are quite small

The hope is, because he loves the club, extra effort and want, will reap the rewards for us, but there's no guarantee he'll be totally up to standard

With that in mind, Lisbie going to Colchester might not really be that bad a deal for them
